Customer Success Manager 
What you will do 
  • Lead and manage the entirety of Malleum services and engagements, involving maintaining client relationship, recognizing process improvement prospects, and control over relevant financials 
  • Collaborate with the internal teams and clients to develop suitable priorities, prospects and arrangement to accomplish successful engagements for all projects 
  • Work with primary stakeholders to assemble requirements, develop design documentation, and lead the team in assimilation and execution of activities 
  • Direct the design and development of security solutions that meet requirements, follow relevant policies, and obey information security requirements 
  • Strategize and implement on client engagements centring on business developments and risk mitigation in areas including Identity & Access Management, Third Party Risk Management, and Cyber Response. 
  • Examine clients’ levels of engagement with the business and offer feedback to the team regarding service enhancements 
  • Drive development and maintenance for our clients by understanding their corporate requirements and assisting them to succeed 
 
Who you are 
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in client engagement and success management  
  • Previous experience in a cybersecurity environment or relevant industry   
  • University Degree in a relevant field  
  • Strong capability to lead several projects and urgencies simultaneously  
  • Outstanding team building, mentoring, interpersonal and management skills 
  • Solid understanding of operations, and corporate networking 
 
 
Security Clearance  
Fulfill requirements to apply for SECRET level II  
Security Requirement: Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
